نظم قسم التدريب والتطوير في جمعية هنا للتنمية ورشة عمل للعاملين ضمن برنامج التدعيم الدراسي لتعزيز مهارات وقدرات المعلمين في الادراة الصفية . وقدمت جلسة التدريب منسقة القسم المدربة مريم المليجي وتناولت تعريف الادارة الصفية ، اسباب المشكلات الصفية ومصادرها ، واهم اساليب معالجة المشكلات الصفية .

Training and Development department at Hana Association organized workshop for the workers within the educational support Program to enhance the teacher’s skills and capabilities in the classroom management. The session was given by coordinator of the department the trainer Mariam Meliji , and she introduced the definition of classroom management , the causes  of the classroom problems and their resources , and the most important methods in dealing with  class problems.
